Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for providing the shipping label to send the approved item back, along with following the return instructions provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased.

  • Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method or store credit, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the product or service.

  • Shipping fees, processing fees, and administrative costs are non-refundable where permitted by law.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts their bank or card issuer to dispute a transaction instead of contacting us directly.

Important Notice

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any billing or order concerns before filing a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and refusal of future service.

4. Invalid or Fraudulent Chargebacks

The following are considered invalid chargebacks:

  • Claiming an order was unauthorized after receiving order confirmation.

  • Claiming non-receipt when tracking or delivery confirmation shows delivery.

  • Claiming misunderstanding of payment terms clearly shown at checkout.

  • Claiming dissatisfaction without first requesting a refund according to our policy.

In such cases, we may submit evidence including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Customer acknowledgments

  • Payment records

  • IP address, timestamps, and delivery confirmation

5. Chargeback Fees & Recovery

  • Chargeback fees imposed by payment processors may be passed on to the customer where permitted by law.

  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of losses resulting from fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who:

  • Repeatedly files chargebacks.

  • Abuses refund policies.

  • Engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
